i just had the same problem, i had over 40 ectoplasym and i tried using the book at every time of day and it wouldn't let me, so idk if its a bug on some playthroughs
edit: i found out how to do it, you have to go into the menu and the book icon where it tells you the requirements then press confirm ruitual
I love the story, characters, and art so far! Really excited to see this game's release! I would love to see more free-roaming events you could do throughout the day, but I'm sure we'll get more of that once we unlock more options to interact with the characters in the full release.
I mean, a fella's gotta eat. If you put into perspective the fact that games like this are often made by a handful of people (if not just one person), it's a whole lot of work. It's only natural for them to wanna get paid for it. $5 is practically nothing for a one-time purchase, it's less than what I pay for lunch every day, and it's WAY better than the $60-$70 you'd pay for a AAA game. And AAA games don't even have porn in them! Usually...
Personally with how his games are I say there worth more and I would pay more if I had the extra funds. this is a completely reasonable price I've payed more for worse before.

He looks really really cool, but I think he doesn't have much of that ghost aspect, y'know. He just looks like a femboy that can float around. Would be really awesome, in my opinion, if you guys added maybe like a switch for his appearance, something like "toggle ghost/human form" that could be added in the future with a more blank white skin or maybe a light green version to add more to the submersion of the idea that he's actually a ghost. Basically anything supernatural. It makes even more sense actually, since he produces ectoplasm with his body, as we've seen in this demo. Besides that, I know you're probably already going to do this on the full release, but it would be more than incredible for the immersion to have fully voiced texts. Again, love the project! Keep up the amazing work! <33

I finished the demo and I loved how flirty Quinn is, how mysterious Laverne is and both are really hot. The VA did a great job as well. I hope one day we can get all the scenes VA but I'm cool with it either way. I'm a big fan of My Femboy Roomate and I can tell you put a lot of effort into your games and. I appreciate having a platform/game to explore my curiosity for femboys and futanari alike.

You are in a good relationship by default since you cannot be in a bad relationship with them that early-on.
All you need is enough ectoplasm and the time of day being evening.

As someone not normally into Femboys, I am glad I gave this a shot. The demo was a ton of fun and cute girls with dicks is growing on me ngl.
Only thing I'd change just from what I saw in the demo is a feature to toggle off the textboxes like in many other VNs.
